A Let Me Out! CryptoBears Musical

Established in March of 2021 as one of the first Impact Puzzles in history, "Musical Bears: A Let Me Out! CryptoBears Musical" (Musical Bears) is a unique, innovative, and collaborative story that combines the worlds of art, music, community storytelling, social media, and blockchain technology while de-flattening the bear market. CryptoBears are in hibernation in the Ethereum zoo they want to be free, be seen around on cool clothes, and sing songs together. Purchase a bear to let them out!

This puzzle serves as a simple cognitive linguistic tool for the translation of labor into property in a value-assured relationship for both the original artist and the registered collaborators, who are called "Bear Keepers."

Join our community story as a Bear Keeper!

1️⃣ Make a custom bear for someone else to join the story with!
2️⃣ Curate and design merchandise with the bear you registered!
3️⃣ Sing a maximum one-minute length song to add to the social media musical story about your registered bear!
4️⃣ Maintain your bear's lore and presence!

The project is a Scalable Impact Puzzle (SIP) consisting of 5,777 unique, digitally hand-crafted CryptoBears. Each one is an independent piece of the puzzle, and its own piece of property. Anybody who registers a bear under their custody on the Ethereum blockchain is a Bear Keeper, and may participate in the puzzle with their property.

Musical Bears was originally created and conceptualized by Kimani Okearah in March of 2021. The project is produced by Let Me Out Productions, LLC, and The Top Brass DAO. Mr. Okearah invented the Impact Puzzle as a cognitive linguistic tool to translate labor into property when he authored the paper titled The LMO Structure for Tokenomics. This model established six (6) historical non-fungible token use-cases that assure the value of the experience for property-owning collaborators while providing the SIP paradigm for the world as open-source information.

The puzzle is split into two collections. There exists the Xygen: Meaning of Life collection with the original History Seeds of both this puzzle and the Impact Puzzle behavior, overall. After weathering a storm called "The Forced Contract Pivot," the bears continued on the Tranquil Garden collection, with the remaining pieces minting on their time-map of creation.

The Top Brass DAO is a decentralized autonomous organization that exists to run the Ministry of Audience Experience for Let Me Out Productions. The DAO and platform work together to support and guarantee the intellectual property rights of the collaborators. The DAO is run by the property owners who purchase titles to intellectual property to develop... like one of these bears.

Please Let Us Out!
🐻🐻‍❄️🧸🐨🐼
We Want To Sing!

Each CryptoBear is a piece of intellectual property that comes with a specific set of rights within the Musical Bears puzzle.

When you register at least one under your custody, you wake it up from hibernation and let it out of the Ethereum zoo.

From there, you design your own tableau backstory for the bear, write a song in whatever style you feel is most appropriate for the story, design some fashion/merchandise, and launch a “Legacy Bear” if you’re early enough to the puzzle.

1️⃣ Catch-and-Release Collaboration

Bear Keepers may make one (1) custom hand-crafted bear for the puzzle for each bear they register under their custody [buy one, make one]:
In order to fit our quality standards for approval, art must match the CryptoBear format and template while remaining appropriate for children ages 11+. This right is no longer available once two-thousand, eight hundred and eighty-eight (2,888) Collaborator CryptoBears have been created by Bear Keepers in the puzzle. The original artist reserves the right to approve or deny submissions directly until the puzzle has one-thousand (1,000) unique Bear Keepers for appropriate scale of community governance and quality control.

Collaborator Bears are always listed at one hundred times (100x) the Ethereum listing of their original registration to the experience.

Bear Keepers receive 50% of the market value produced by the exact, specific title to their creation (the actual token on the blockchain), in perpetuity, whether they are an active Bear Keeper or not.

Their labor is their property, and the market value produced by that property will issue them an appropriate 50% commission each instance value is generated from a sale.

The spectrum of Ethereum required to register a bear under your custody from Let Me Out Productions is 0.0035 etherum for a bear in a still frame, and 0.035 ethereum for animated bears. Animated images provide more design options for merchandising, and have an appropriate mark-up.

The template is available for Bear Keepers on our Discord server and The Top Brass DAO interface.

•••
Rules for Collaborator Bears:
1a) Nothing inappropriate for kids ages 11+ (no nudity or genitalia, disguise swear words as 'bear' words)

1b) No bigotry towards any group for any reason. This is a project called "Musical Bears." It is LGBTQIA+ celebratory, as we all should be.

1c) All expressions and discussions of faith, science, observable information, and unobservable information, and the synthesis of all are welcome, provided the messaging is uplifting and not self-righteous prescription.

1d) We do not welcome language of condemnation of any kind, whatsoever, in any direction.

1e) The original artist can veto submissions if they feel the submission violates these rules in any way, shape, form, or format.
2️⃣ Fashion/Merchandising Expertise Collaboration

Bear Keepers may curate, design, and help price limited-edition merchandise with the specific bear(s) the collaborator registered:
A T-Shirt will always be offered for each registered bear as a LMO x Top Brass DAO standard.

Bear Keepers may curate seven (7) additional pieces of merchandise to offer with a design featuring their specific and exact registered bear with no variations. Bear Keepers may choose to collaborate by providing this design themselves, or by providing notes to the platform in a development process. Eight (8) pieces in total will be offered, with one thousand (1,000) units of each piece released to the market.

•••
🥬 "Going Kelp" 🥬
In the condition all eight thousand (8,000) units of merchandise sell out no further merchandise will be designed or offered by LMO x Top Brass DAO unless the registered bear is sold to a new Bear Keeper at one hundred times (100x) the original listed cost of registration. Under that condition, the merchandising collaboration resets in full.

No one wallet can perform the merchandising relationship twice with any one CryptoBear.

At the standard suggested pricing, each Bear Keeper stands to earn an average of approximately $8 per unit sold for their collaboration in this limited release.

•••
Note: Joining our Discord server and/or The Top Brass DAO interface is required to facilitate this collaboration.
3️⃣ Musical Bears Collaboration

Bear Keepers may participate in "Musical Bears: A Let Me Out! CryptoBears Musical" by providing original music of no fewer than seventeen (17) seconds and no longer than one (1) minute.
The standard format:
  • Use a green screen video filter, like the one Instagram has, and load your registered bear as the background. Instagram is unaffiliated with Musical Bears, and is simply mentioned as a tool.
  • Shrink your face(s) or avatar(s) small enough to look like part of the art, and place yourself/yourselves over the bear's mouth.
  • Sing your song, and upload it to our Discord server or to The Top Brass DAO to submit to the musical.
  • Uploads must only have the performers and the bear background ("lair") with zero additional text or subtitling.
  • Once approved, it will be edited into the next episode releasing in the musical with room for a song.

Every twenty-seven (27) and twenty-six (26) bear songs create a "episode" of the musical.

Every ten (10) episodes forms an "anthology."

We anticipate this puzzle producing between 9 and 12 anthologies to the musical, if not a few more.

Any music that's explicitly derivative of existing music must have appropriate licensing and permissions, and will issue 65% of the market value produced for the Bear Keeper to the source(s) of derivation. The Bear Keeper will keep 35% of the market value produced. Artistically-derivative pieces will be considered fair-use unless otherwise disputed.

Any music that uses more than one performer will issue 65% of the market value produced for the Bear Keeper to the source(s) of collaboration. The Bear Keeper will keep 35% of the market value produced.

In the event more than one source of derivation or collaboration is used, the sources themselves will be anonymously polled and asked to rate each individual's impact percentage on the work. The results will be averaged and applied as the per-individual micro-split in the 65% value distribution of the collaboration.

In the event a dishonest performer ranks their own impact at a heavy weight while other performers disagree, the dishonest performer's vote may be thrown out, altogether. This encourages honesty in rating group impact.

•••
Submissions may be uploaded on our Discord server.
🎨 Kimani Okearah, the Original Artist, reserves certain rights:
The original artist reserves the right to add one (1) song of up to three minutes in length to any chapter of the musical he pleases. Each one of these songs is called a "Bobbie Olive Ginny" in honor of his three ascended grandmothers.

The original artist reserves the right to work with any musician they choose to produce a Bobbie Olive Ginny for the bears they create.

The original artist, and Let Me Out Productions, can distribute any Anthology in the musical provided they abide by the EUSLA.

•••
Original Artist notes:
Musical Bears offers a new model of collaboration where each collaborator's labor is their property, and they have a direct impact in how the project develops. The project is to automatically transition from my stewardship as the conceptualizing artist to fully decentralized community governance once CryptoBears have been freed to at least one thousand (1,000) unique Bear Keepers.

Revenue is generated through limited merchandising releases, selling and maximizing the value of streaming rights. The project is owned by each collaborator who owns a piece of the puzzle. Our charity affiliates are focused on community stability programs in Sacramento.

I want everyone - above all else - to have fun.

You may participate in the puzzle as a made-up character / behind a mask / as an avatar, as LMO respects the right to privacy. Please bear in mind we will never publicly dox our collaborators without their explicit consent.

We do anticipate a KYC relationship eventually being required to issue any financial value outward to collaborators, as we're in the United States, so we're operating as though that's already coded into law because it's basic common sense. Any ill-actors using our project to facilitate a mission we're not aligned with may have their participation rights revoked by The Top Brass DAO.

"Musical Bears: A Let Me Out! CryptoBears Musical" is an exciting and creative project that offers a unique and valuable experience to its collaborators while supporting our united mission to build an equal-opportunity, meritorious society. Please leave every pedestal of self-righteous prescription - any path of supremacist thought, in any facet - out of the experience. A puzzle is flat, and everybody who owns a piece deserves to contribute.

If you find that challenging, but welcoming in your cognitive paradigm, we welcome you. We ask that all collaborators be patient with each other without centering their personal pedestal of comfort, as many intersections will be contributing at full scale. We welcome faith-based contributions of all kinds, we welcome people of all backgrounds and all walks of life. This is no place for a pedestal of personal comfort. All collaborator work will be appropriate for ages 11+.

Example: "I sucked the syrup out the muffin pit, it was somethin', roughin' it" is the farthest-end of the spectrum of sort of humor we want, which we call "SpongeBob humor." Anything that provides more clarity than a metaphor of a kid-friendly (ages 11+) nature should be reviewed before submission - your time is valuable.

We're singing bear songs together. What that means to you is up to each active Bear Keeper.

"Musical Bears: A Let Me Out! CryptoBears Musical" harnesses the power of energy-efficient blockchain technology and the creativity of its collaborators to create a unique and valuable storytelling experience for everyone involved. Whether you're a musician, an artist, a performer, a giant internet troll, one of those influencers with a podcast and you need something new to chat about, a fan of bears, or someone who has a grudge against our teddy friends, CryptoBears offers something for everyone.

All academic research this project provides to the field of Cognitive Linguistics is claimed and protected by the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, United Kingdom under my name.

SRP Thesis: Self-Righteous Prescriptivism ("SRP") provides humans the manufactured paradigm of sentience, an unscientific cognitive self-aggrandizement which sponsors every violence humanity is capable of in our shared reality.

SIP Thesis:
By defining limited or annual pools work product as scalable impact puzzles ("SIP" or "SIPs"), humans have an artistic, value-assured method of collaborating on survival without the pedestals of prescriptive violence.

Organizing art into a shared meaning apparatus is fundamentally how language works... how else do you think you're reading this? This is honestly just a bunch of tiny pictures in a sequence... our ancestors are something else, eh?

I've been kept at the bottom tiers of USA soft poverty due to self-righteous prescriptive violence against my synthesis of ethnic identities as an Afro-Indigenous human, the value of my labor, and the health struggles I was born with. I don't feel bad for myself - I know I deserve to exist, because I exist. This applies to all souls, alive and dead. Nobody deserves the struggles upon them or within them, but they deserve to exist. It's simple math for me.

In that simple math, I surf that lo-fi, baby!

It's way more fun and cognitively empowering to see the world as a wholesome sitcom... when life allows us to. When we're not seeking pedestals of comfort - something I'll don't observe due to the constant, gripping pain in my lower abdomen - we're best suited to collaborate on survival.

What a better way to climb down from that pedestal of comfort to collaborate on survival than some surreal bear pixel art and a massive, global, community musical?

I expect a lot of people relate and will want to register a bear to sing with. We can take on SRP together with some Musical Bears!

Join the community of bears today and be a part of this exciting and innovative project!
❗️ Project Disclaimers:
1)
The "Musical Bears: A Let Me Out! CryptoBears Musical" project describes specific and exact conditions for market value return, which requires a specific and exact collaboration from each owner of a piece of the puzzle. These puzzle pieces should not be considered investments, and do not have any market value without collaboration and participation in the project. Look at the art. We have to collaborate on its meaning. #surfthelofi

2)
The value of each unique bear in the puzzle is derived solely from the specific collaborative storytelling experience that specific bear provides within the rights granted to collaborators within the Let Me Out Productions ecosystem.

3)
ROC (Return on Collaboration) Conditions are explicitly not to be considered promotions of the experience.

They are translations of the community member's labor into property, and need to be defined for consumer value assurance purposes.

•••
These collaborations are defined as:

1️⃣ Catch-and-Release Collaboration:
If a Bear Keeper creates an original bear for the puzzle to release to another consumer, that contribution will be listed at 100x the original value of their registration, measured in Ethereum, and the Bear Keeper will receive 50% of the direct value produced by the registration of their work. Let Me Out Productions receives 45% of the direct value, and our charity affiliate Decarcerate Sacramento receives 5%. This is facilitated by a treasury which reads the programmable information ethereum provides.

Example: If a Bear Keeper collects a CryptoBear for 0.0035 Ethereum and they create a new bear for the puzzle, their created bear will be listed by Let Me Out Productions for 100 x 0.0035 = 0.35 ethereum.

If, and only if, a new consumer agrees that their created CryptoBear (labor) has the market value across from 0.35 ethereum, the Bear Keeper will receive 0.175 ethereum from the registration.

If the Collaborator Bear never sells, no return on this specific collaboration is provided.

Pay-Out Conditions: During Phase 0, all pay-outs are audited and issued by a human being. During Phase 1, this will move to a treasury / smart contract layer two system.

2️⃣ Merchandising Expertise Collaboration:
If a Bear Keeper helps curate, design, and price eight (8) pieces of merchandise for Let Me Out Productions and The Top Brass DAO with the exact CryptoBear(s) they've registered under their custody, they'll keep 50% of the product net profit produced by each individual unit sold as earned commission. If that limited release of merchandise sells out, the Bear Keeper "went full kelp." 🥬

This right resets in full if the original bear is registered with a new owner at 100x the previous registration, as any bear that's gone "full kelp" is a market-proven trademark. This resale requirement provides a layer of value assurance for our collaborators.

Under zero circumstances is any other merchandise from this intellectual property to be offered in any way, shape, form, format, or facet.

3️⃣ Musical Bear Collaboration:
If a Bear Keeper sings a song of at least seventeen (17) seconds in length and no longer than one (1) minute in length that's amazing, extremely terrible, mediocre, hilarious, experimental, a demonstration of character work, lo-fi, uplifting, surreal, abstract, or otherwise some sort of goofy, that song will be reviewed and added to the musical in the chronology of their submission. The song must tell a story worthy and appropriate of kids ages 11+ to be approved.

All original music, regardless of quality or subject, fully and immutably belongs to the Bear Keeper who submitted it to the puzzle. They can expand the story in whatever ways they wish, provided they keep the story within our EULA requirements.

If a Bear Keeper, specifically, takes their bear's story outside the realm of appropriateness for ages 11+ beyond the musical, it may trigger community discussion about further affiliation with that specific bear. The community is encouraged to look past stories that perhaps feature horror and gore that would be inappropriate for this ecosystem - they're bears.
🔥 Benchmark Thermometer and Liquidity Schedule:
Please note for community transparency: most of these projected numbers are not based on the bears themselves, but on LMOs 45% split of the merchandising. If every bear goes "full kelp," LMO will have produced enough revenue to launch projects for years to come.

🧅 here's the plan 🧅

Benchmark One 🍎) Project Liquidity = $0 $20,000
• Free as many bears as possible to early adopters while maximizing the goofiness of the opportunity.
• Also, frankly, the project founder needs to stabilize their lives in the immediate with health issues with $10,000 of the first $20,000 raised being used for this effort.

Benchmark Two 🍊) Project Liquidity = $20,000 - $75,000
• Sponsor the funniest segments of the musical as social advertisements for their appropriate merchandise offerings, an effort that will sustain itself in every phase beyond this one.
• The original artist will be paid for 8-hour days at $17.50/hr for each day they spend facilitating the project without a team.
• $10,000 will be used to sponsor twenty or more bounties in the Top Brass DAO for members to get paid for their project support.

Benchmark Three 🍌) Project Liquidity = $75,000 - $260,000
• At $180,000 in value, LMO will hire a Project Manager for Musical Bears from the community, local to Sacramento.
• At $260,000 in value, LMO will hire a small support staff for Musical Bears with the minimum wages offered based on a $42,000/yr salary for entry-level assistants. These positions won't necessarily be hired in the community, focusing on jobs in Sacramento.

Benchmark Four 🥑) Project Liquidity = $260,000 - $1,500,000
• At $280,000 in value, LMO will hire a Showrunner for Musical Bears from the community, local to Sacramento.
• At $500,000 in value, LMO activates our marketing partners at the Dream Conduit for Musical Bears.
• At $750,000 in value, LMO activates our thorough marketing approach to the merchandise with our partners at Bonfire.com, FutCvlt Fashion, Pride and Purpose LTD, and Queens Apparel, Inc.
• At $1,500,000 in value, LMO will hire a full support staff to maximize the experience. By then, we should have well over 1,000 Bear Keepers to guide the quality and future of the project, transitioning into a decentralized intellectual property puzzle.

Benchmark Five 🫐) Project Liquidity = $1,500,000 - $50,00,000
• At $1,500,000 in value, LMO will sponsor the $600,000 launchpad required for Phase One of Press Pass (S1), our flagship project.
• At $1,500,000 in value, LMO will hire a full support staff to maximize the experience. By then, we should have well over 1,000 Bear Keepers to guide the quality and future of the project, transitioning into a decentralized intellectual property puzzle.
• At $7,000,000 in value, LMO will sponsor a one-month stage production of the most story-coherent work in the musical.
• At $40,000,00 in value, LMO will sponsor the entire production of Press Pass (S1).

Benchmark Six 🍇) Project Liquidity = over $40,000,000 earned
All revenues earned past $40,000,000 transition into as standard earned revenue for Let Me Out Productions, LLC.

A $3-5m treasury will be maintained to facilitate community events and to maximize what the Bear Keepers wish to do with their property as time moves forward.

In order to stream Musical Bears for longer than five (5) minutes and include the content in posted clips and material, broadcasters must have a Distribution Rights Token for the Anthology they are streaming from. This EUSLA applies to any distributor facilitating audio and/or video content distribution.

The project will likely accommodate between 230 and 300 "episodes", each containing 26 and 27 minutes of the story. Each episode averages a length of 30 minutes. We suggest a one-minute ad break at 9 minutes and at 19 minutes for the best viewing experience.

Let Me Out Productions, LLC offers all streamers and broadcasters sixteen (16) distribution rights agreements per Anthology, while keeping eighty-four (84) agreements in hand to facilitate our revoke-and-release enforcement mechanic. One hundred agreements per Anthology will be in existence, and only sixteen will be active at any given time.

Once the agreement is in-wallet and recorded on the blockchain, denying or defrauding Let Me Out Productions, LLC of these distribution rights on three (3) different occasions, governed by our own community, will result in all rights to distribute being revoked in full.

All Bear Keepers enjoy the right to stream and create down-the-line discussion content around any Anthology they've participated in for as long as they are an active Bear Keeper. They can only make story-specific content with their specific registered bear. Any intersections with other CryptoBears in the story must involve the approval of their respective Bear Keeper.

2️⃣ Digitally paint over 70% of the pixels of the image in some way, making a new piece of art. Submit that to the original artist.
3️⃣ Once approved, Let Me Out Productions will list the created piece for 7.77 ethereum, and the collaborating artist will receive 65% (5.0505 ethereum) of the value produced if the work is registered by a consumer.

This right continues until all 777 pieces have been created.

The project is a scalable intellectual property puzzle (SIPP) 777 unique, digitally hand-crafted Shirley, Though? profile pictures. Each one is an independent piece of the puzzle, and its own piece of property. Anybody who registers a Shirley, Though? under their custody on the Ethereum blockchain is a Shirley and may participate in the puzzle with their property.

Shirley, Though? was originally created and conceptualized by Kimani Okearah in November of 2022. The project is produced by Let Me Out Productions, LLC, and The Top Brass DAO. Mr. Okearah invented the Scalable Intellectual Property Puzzle as a cognitive linguistic tool to translate labor into property when he authored the collaborator value assurance model called The LMO Structure for Tokenomics. This model established six (6) historical non-fungible token use-cases that assure the value of the experience for collaborators while providing the SIPP paradigm for the world as open-source information.

The Top Brass DAO is a decentralized autonomous organization that exists to run the Ministry of Audience Experience for Let Me Out Productions. The DAO and platform work together to support and guarantee the intellectual property rights of the collaborators.
